  • What compensation cover is available?

    We offer as standard up to £75 worth of inclusive compensation cover. Or you can opt to cover the full value of your parcel contents for a small additional cost. Our cover excludes any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or inaccurate addressing. Be careful! Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.

  • Is compensation cover available to all destinations?

    No, compensation cover is NOT available to the following countries:

  • What if the package I sent arrives late?

    Shipping costs will be refunded for delays of five working days in excess of our target timings, unless delays are caused by incomplete or inaccurate address, improper packaging, customs delays, or other events outside the reasonable control of the carrier.

  • What if the package I send arrives damaged?

    Damage occurs in transit for two simple reasons:

    Firstly, the goods may have not been packaged suitably for sending via a parcel carrier network and are damaged by the shocks, impact or pressures that take place in making a delivery.

    Secondly, the goods are suitably packaged but may have been mishandled by the carrier in question. These instances represent a tiny proportion of the number of packages despatched. On these occasions our compensation scheme takes effect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. No claim will be considered beyond this time.

  • How do I make a claim?

    If you believe you have cause to make a claim for any shipment sent via SendingParcels.com, please download and complete our Enhanced Cover Claim Form. All claims must be received within 14 days of despatch. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
