What happens if I don’t have a printer?

Don’t worry! Your local drop-off location can print off a copy of all your paperwork for you for an additional charge of just £5 inc VAT.

How long will my labels take to be sent to me?

We try our best to send you your labels within a few hours of the order being received. However, if your order is received outside of our office hours (mon-fri 9am-5:30pm) we will get the labels to you ASAP within working hours.
